Job description
Toyota of Watertown is seeking an experienced Automotive CVR Clerk to join our team. The Automotive CVR Clerk verifies costs for the Accounting Department, including equipment add-ons and handles the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles, verifies pay-off information with financial institutions, and may process car deals.

Responsibilities:
- Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Prepares tax and title documents.
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications.
- Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
- Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the comptroller on a weekly basis.
Required Experience:
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Holds confidentiality in high regard.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous automotive dealership experience required.
- Must have CVR Certification/Training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
