Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for a qualified Data and Solutions Analysist to join our team in Downtown Tacoma Washington

Function: Provide administrative support to Positive Interactions, PATH and Homeless outreach team. Responsible for developing workflows and content/data management systems, stand-alone applications, staff support and solution design. Serves as a member of the organization that welcomes, engages, and serves individuals with complex wellness needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis and requirements for gathering data in the community.
• Implement out of the box and customized solutions for program data.
• Achieve data integrity within the program to reach objectives.
• Attain optimal understanding of arcGIS, TMHCD and HMIS systems and utilize that understand to help improve the program, data collecting and management.
• Perform other technical support to staff and program, such as: troubleshooting, trainings, etc.
• Assist with projects and presentations and ensure goals are achieved.
• Support revenue generating efforts to improve subject matter expertise and expectation setting by being a resource and participating in trainings and city meetings.
• Reviewing all operational duties and confidential data for the program.
• Accepts direction from Director of Homeless Outreach.
• In addition to the above, performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• All new hires will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Demonstrated ability to work with mentally ill individuals.
• 2-3 Years Data Administration Lived Experience.
• Valid driver’s license; proof of insurance.
