Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM

Target Duration/End Date: up to 12 months

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide support for the Data Center Operation team by racking & stacking, cabling, and maintaining infrastructure in the data centers

· Installing and cabling equipment in the data centers based on design documents

· Update and maintain DCIM tool and documentation

· Uninstalling and removing equipment

· Troubleshoot connectivity issues using various tools

· Performs day-to-day maintenance to keep the data center clean, safe, and secure

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred. And at least four years of relevant experience

Skills and Experience Requirements:

· 4+ years of experience working in a data center supporting related work

· Ability to perform physical work related to the job

· 4+ years of experience in network support with LAN troubleshooting

· 4+ experience using documentation tools (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Word, Etc

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science from an accredited college

· Prior education industry/project experience

· Strong oral, written, and presentation skills; ability to communicate in a credible and confident manner at all levels in the organization in clear, concise language

· Familiarity with network standards for hardware and network connectivity
