Data Entry / Office Receptionist Job at KAM Consultants Corp.
KAM Consultants, a well-established NYC based environmental consulting firm, servicing the Greater New York area. KAM serves a broad range of private and government agencies. We are currently looking for a Full Time Receptionist/ Part time/Flex Time for our Long Island City Location.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and direct to appropriate staff, take messages as necessary. Perform general secretarial and clerical duties for senior management, including correspondence, copying, compiling reports ect.
- Receive deliveries, order supplies, print labels
- Review invoices and submit for payment.
- Compile excel worksheets
- Preform accurate and timely data entry tasks
- Assist other departments with special projects as requested.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be proficient and extremely accurate with excel and word.
- Excellent organizational skills
- 1 year relevant experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience.
