Data Entry/Report Editor Job at DigiStream Investigations, Inc.
DigiStream Investigations, a national private investigation firm, seeks a talented addition to our team in our office in Cary, North Carolina.
This role is meant for an individual with a keen attention to detail, extreme confidentiality, superb editorial skills, and someone who likes data entry and repetition.
What a day in the life of a Data Entry/Report Editor (Workflow Assistant/Video Editor) looks like:
- Edit written reports submitted by the investigative staff relating to potentially fraudulent disability, liability or workers’ compensation claims on behalf of insurance companies, government entities, defense attorneys and third-party administrators (TPA’s)
- Put together surveillance videos into a preview for the client
- Electronically deliver reports and invoices
- Mail out new user packages and client DVDs
- Data- entry cases into the system
- Take on additional administrative tasks as needed/assigned
- Create Annual Holiday Video
What you’ll need to apply:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, normal business hours, 40 hours/week
- Availability to work occasional overtime to enter in last minute cases or close out the month or quarter
- Ability to pass a background check
- Cover Letter REQUIRED
Compensation/benefits:
- Entry-Level Pay: $15.00 per hour/Annual Reviews
