Description
The Prince George's County Department of Parks and Recreation, Enterprise Asset Management Team, is currently seeking seasonal/intermittent Data Entry Support Staff – Tier I to perform related data entry, clerical and/or technical work, for our Bi-County Enterprise Asset Management System.
The successful candidate will have quick typing skills, exceptional attention to details, possess good communications skills, strong organizational skills, and can work efficiently either as an individual or with a team. They must show comfort with using technology with effective task-management skills. On the job training is provided.

Examples of Important Duties
- Varied data entry work involving some complexity and variety
- Assist with facilitation and training of staff and management on information systems
- Varied work with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Provide troubleshooting and support to end users
- Assist with monitoring of information systems for quality assurance
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Typing speed 40 WPM
- A valid driver's license in accordance with both State and Commission rules and regulations. Driver's licenses must be unencumbered by restrictions, revocations, suspensions, or points that could limit the employee's ability to drive Commission vehicles or perform driving duties required of their position
Supplemental Information
- Schedule of 32 hours per week, 6-8 hours per day between the hours of 7am – 4pm
- A criminal background investigation will be completed prior to hire
- The position pays a rate of $15.00/hr
- The position does not provide benefits
