The Architect Analytics Lead will work closely on all Data & Analytics projects to efficiently leads the project deliveries. Candidate will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes for analytics consumers.

Key Requirement & Responsibilities for Analytics Lead:

• At least 10+ years of development experience of Design, develop, and implementing solutions using BI tools.
• Owns the BI Solution Architecture and ensures best practices and internal processes are followed when solutions are designed and implemented
• Perform full lifecycle Business Intelligence (BI) development, working closely with stakeholders
• Design, develop, and maintain intuitive, scalable reports, dashboards, and metrics using Cognos/Tableau reporting platform
• Experience in tableau is a plus, if not then willingness to learn Tableau is must.
• Recognize and adopt best practices in developing analytical insights including data integrity, analysis, test design, validation, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze complex data systems and document data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies
• Proactively promotes data quality and security through recommended approaches and practices
• Lead and coordinate implementation activities
• Provide guidance and mentor junior team members
• Keep current with Business Intelligence data trends and technological innovations
• Manages requests from requirements gathering through completion, ensuring on time delivery and that the finished product meets the definition of done
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
• Having experience to work/lead onsite/offshore model team.
