Thermo-Trol Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our HVAC/DDC Service team as a full-time DDC Service Technician in Hampton Roads, VA. The DDC Service Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install Commercial DDC systems for Thermo-Trol customers.
DDC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Install and program new DDC systems.
- Inspect and perform equipment and systems repairs.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
Benefits Package:
- $58,000-$95,000 annually

DDC Service Technician Requirements and Certifications:
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in DDC or other related fields.
- Familiarity with Automated Logic Controls (ALC) preferred
- Knowledge of Tridium/Niagara, JCI, Siemens, Alerton, or Trane DDC systems is a plus.
- Configuration of 3rd party devices (VFDs, RTUs, Boilers, and Chillers) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
