Johnson Express Transportation is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) that is a locally owned operated business. We deliver Amazon packages throughout the Mobile Metro area to customer homes and businesses and are looking for hard working self-starters searching for their next great opportunity. The Position:

• No CDL Required!
• Maintain a professional manner and positive attitude with clients and colleagues.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies and procedures.
• Drive the delivery van from the station to delivery customers.
• You should expect to make over 150+ stops per day, driving a high top, extended wheelbase commercial van, getting in and out to deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs. to customer residences and businesses, in all kinds of weather.
• Use handheld devices with advanced logistical systems for routing, communication with dispatch and time tracking.
• Secure packages to ensure no damage.
• Full time work schedules consist of 3-4 consecutive 10-hour days per week: schedules are to be determined based on interview and company's needs.
• MUST be reliable, and capable of working a Flexible Schedule (weekend availability is MANDATORY)

• Technology Oriented: comfortable using mobile technology efficiently.
• Attendance and Timeliness: consistently at work on time or early. Completes work within the standards outlined by the company.
• Dependability: takes responsibility and keep commitments or notify others if a commitment is at risk

Baseline Qualifications & Requirements:

• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be familiar and able to operate smart phone and GPS technology without aid.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Previous professional driving experience would be considered a plus.
• Fair market-based wage
