Returnmates Driver:

Returnmates is EXPANDING, and seeking drivers that will be the face of the company during pick ups and drop offs. You’ll leverage the company's technology to pick up folks' ecommerce returns on a scheduled route. You’ll work closely with the leaders of our company as we build Returnmates in San Diego.

• Block based route scheduling

What You’ll Do:

• Pick up and deliver packages from customers in the local area
• Operate a mobile app that routes you to the pick up locations and allows you to take pictures of the returns
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Communicate any issues and failed tasks to live dispatcher hotline

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Returnmates does not sponsor for immigration, including for H-1B, TN, and other non-immigrant visas, for this role.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have your own vehicle - you will be reimbursed for mileage

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior driving experience with rideshare (Uber / Lyft), food delivery companies, shipping carriers (UPS / FedEx) valet, etc.

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

• Demonstrated success in problem solving and delivering results
