Demolition Crew Member/Lead

ServiceMaster Restore by Roth is looking for energetic and driven individuals who do not mind getting dirty. We have been providing demolition and structural drying services for customers who have unfortunately suffered from water or fire damage in their homes or business in Whatcom and Skagit county since 1991.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This position focuses on water and mold damage restoration and cleaning. A Demolition Crew Member/Lead will also need to remove any standing water and materials that have been affected by the water/mold. Other responsibilities include setting up and monitoring drying equipment. Attend in-house safety and continued education classes.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain an upbeat attitude.
• Ability to communicate well, both in verbal and written forms.
• Experience in carpentry/construction (preferred)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

Physical ability to regularly (throughout shift) lift, push, pull, bend reach, and use hands for repetitive actions. Stand for long periods and walk.

Job Type: Full Time + On-Call

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per/hour
