OUR POSITION:
We are currently looking for a FULL TIME Dental Director to lead an amazing team of providers!
Income Earning Potential: $250K - $400K/Annually (Full Time Employment)
The Dental Director is the clinical leader of the dental practice and will provide direction, mentorship and support to the other clinical providers in the office. In addition to this responsibility, the Dental Director will also provide dental services to the patients in the practice. The Dental Director will foster a work environment that enables the provision of quality dental care, patient service excellence, employee satisfaction and practice financial health through their leadership and management. The Dental Director must be a Dentist and perform chairside General Dentistry.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- MINIMUM of 5 years of Clinical Experience, post-residency
- DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active NYS license in good standing, and active/in process DEA license
- A personable chairside manner
- Ethical, patient-centric provider
- Respected Leader with proven track record leading teams to successful outcomes
- Innate ability to provide mentorship to Associate dentists
