Dental Front Desk Receptionist Job at Wow Dental
Fast paced Detroit Dental Office looking for a multi-talented team member with positive energy to join our team. We are looking for a long-term commitment.
Duties to include but not limited to entering and verifying patient demographics, answering multi line phone system, appointment scheduling, posting charges and entering payments, and scanning documents into patients' digital charts.
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
