Dental Front Office Receptionist Job at Mansfield Family Dentistry
Mansfield Family Dentistry is a family-owned practice of 60 years located in Jacksonville, AR. We are an office focused solely on providing exceptional dental treatment. Our small staffed office has a main goal of taking care of our loyal patients and maintaining a good relationship with each of them. We pride ourselves in shying away from money-focused goals, unnecessary staff meetings, and corporate-like patient care.
We are looking for someone to join our team who is willing to help make a difference in our patients experiences . Each position is just as important as the other and we want a candidate who is willing to help our day-to-day functions run smoothly. Duties include:
- Answering phone calls/text messages
- Coordinating appointments and scheduling
- Updating patient information
- Utilizing Eaglesoft application and technology skills
- Verifying insurance information
- Collecting payments
Dental experience is a MUST! Eaglesoft experience is not required but HIGHLY recommended.
Office hours include Monday-Wednesday 8:00-5:00 (lunch from 12:00-1:00) and Thursday 7:00-2:00 (no scheduled lunch break-but allowed time to take a small break)
PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
