Dental Operations Manager

Position Overview

The Five Rivers Health Center Dental Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with regulatory and departmental policies/procedures for all assigned sites at Five Rivers Health Centers. All tasks indicated, as well as other duties as assigned, will be completed in compliance with Five Rivers Health Center’s policies and procedures.

Dental Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Complete performance evaluations, corrective action, and staffing assignments.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of the dental strategic plan.
• Oversee equipment management process to ensure that all clinical and non-clinical equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed.
• Oversee clinical and non-clinical supplies and inventory; monitor expenses against budget.
• Effectively deal with conflict including resolving patient complaints and employee concerns.
• Participate in monitoring systems between front office, providers, and billing to ensure operations are working to maximize dental program revenue

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years dental experience required.
• 3+ years dental management experience preferred.
• Previous administrative leadership experience preferred.
• Dentrix or Dentrix Enterprise experience preferred
• EPIC experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Education:

• dental management: 3 years (Preferred)
• dental: 5 years (Required)
• administrative leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dentrix or Dentrix Enterprise: 1 year (Preferred)
