Dental Receptionist Job at Fairmont Dental Associates
We are seeking a friendly, experienced front desk receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments and filing insurance information. A successful candidate will also have experience utilizing electronic medical records and working in a professional medical office. The ideal candidate for this position is a reliable, caring individual with dental office experience and a commitment to helping patients with their dental needs. A high-school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. On job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a timely manner.
- Schedule patients.
- Answer the telephone.
- Perform clerical work and filing.
- Coordinate appointments.
- Explain fees to patients and insurance companies.
- Enter insurance information into computer systems.
- Explain fees to patients and insurance companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
