Dental Receptionist Job at La Casa Family Health Center
The Dental Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming calls to the dental department and directing all calls to the appropriate office in a timely, polite and efficient manner. This position schedules patient appointments, verifies insurance, collects payments, and performs other administrative duties and office work as required by the immediate supervisor. The Dental Receptionist is also responsible in assuring that all patients registered with the organization are eligible for services received and inputting data into the electronic health record system. Previous front desk and patient registration experience in a dental practice helpful; bi-lingual required. Background check, pre-employment drug screen and proof of COVID vaccination required. La Casa is an EOE.
