Dental Treatment Coordinator

What we Offer

• Pay: $22 - $24 per hour
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, PTO and Holiday Pay
• Schedule: 4 day work week

Responsibilities:

• Verifying the patient’s dental insurance benefits
• Manage single doctor schedule to meet daily scheduling goals
• Account Management reviews day before to prepare for next day
• Present treatment plans provide financial options and walk patient through 3rd party financing
• Work with your dentist provider to support organized and efficient day prebooked follow up with patients who have pending treatment not scheduled.
• Explaining insurance benefits to patients
• Managing late payments and overdue accounts
• Processing insurance payments and refunds
• Update and maintain client’s dental record
• Schedule patient appointments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Recent and relevant experience working in the dental field required
• Strong treatment plan presentation skills are a must
• Knowledge of dental procedures and insurance billing codes
• Experience with or ability to quickly adapt to a new Patient Management Software
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
