Deployment Technician Job at Essintial Enterprise Solutions
Position Responsibilities:
Essintial is seeking senior level experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented technicians with excellent communication skills to work a high visibility project providing hardware and software services. This project will conclude in mid September 2023.
Candidates must exhibit a high level of reliability and will be required to meet all scheduled work activities, completion of job scopes, and real time completion of deliverables.
All work will be performed in a banking environment. General scope of work and required duties will include, but not limited to unbox and setup new devices and existing, direct-connected peripherals, disconnect existing devices, connect patch cables, troubleshoot, assemble shelving unit, and complete Deployment Checklists.
Remote CBT Training will be required. Each training session will be approximately 2hrs and will be paid at a rate of $30/hr for successful completion.
This specialty project has multiple visits required at Bank branch locations.
Scheduled first shift activity between March 2023 and July 2023. Job duration will be between 4 and 8 hours per visit. Work scope will include, but not limited to:
· Unbox and setup devices (servers and workstations), connecting them to the LAN and powering on.
· Unbox and setup shelving units for workstations
· Provide device asset tag details and perform final configurations
Exact number of branches to be visited varies by location. Hourly rate of pay for is $43.50.
Requirements:
Must commit to working entirety of schedule, most importantly Labor Day weekend activities--to be discussed.
- After hours or weekend work
- Phone for taking pictures and completing mobile work orders and deliverables.
- Laptop/tablet
- Standard technician tool kit, including but not limited to screwdrivers, sockets, common wrenches, cutting pliers etc. – Tools are required for shelf assembly.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
