The Deposit Support Specialist will support the day to day operations of the Florida Deposit Support team. Responsibilities include, research requests, stop payments, indexing of scanned branch documents and positive pay scrub.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing for responsible tasks including but not limited to:
- Indexing of branch scanned documents for retail branches to the appropriate documentation platform.
- Research Requests for subpoenas, levies and general statement requests
- Review of Stop Suspect Report to identify potential stop payments.
- Assist with Positive Pay scrub as needed in Centrix to identify any errors.
- Return Deposted Items processing.
- Assist with projects and resiliency for NJ as required.
- Ensure that all BSA and Compliance requirements are adhered to and assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Required Skills:
- Good Customer Service communication skills, written and oral (internal and external customers).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Well organized and detail oriented - must adhere to strict timeframes for completing assignments.
- Ability to organize and prioritize assignments.
- Ability to interpret, comprehend and carry out instructions or procedures furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one year's banking experience in deposit operations.
