- Work with internal business partners (HR, Leadership, etc.)
- Execute communications that inform, engage, and inspire our team in an accurate and timely manner
- Align business strategies culture and business performance. Including:
- Hands-on manager of core communication channels and vehicles, ensuring alignment of themes, strategy and messages.
- Strengthening employee engagement to and advocacy of the brand and culture through targeted campaigns including:
- Consistency in branding and delivery.
- Evaluating the ongoing needs of the business to deliver the right communication via the right channel.
- As the primary content originator and thought leader, oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of internal website and other digital channels.
