Designer / Graduate Architect
Education
- Degree in Architecture or related field
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in design or project management
Requirements/Skills
The ability to work within a project team as well as direct the work of others is necessary. Successful applicant must be able to demonstrate experience and/or skills in the following areas:
- Design space plans for a wide variety of project types, scale and complexities
- Must have knowledge of building codes
- Capable of producing design and construction documents
- Manage project through all phases of design and construction
- Work with clients to develop detailed scope of projects
- Conduct field documentation of existing conditions
- Meet budget and time schedules while producing quality results
- Construction administration duties
- Coordination with clients, contractors and outside vendors
- Coordination with civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical departments
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Revit experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
