Job Description:
Technical Analyst Mid
This is an entry to mid level position for someone who is looking to start their IT career or someone who is already experienced and looking for something new. Experience working in a fast paced environment on multiple project efforts at the same time.
You will work with computer systems, setting up test lab stations for testing, and troubleshooting communication and system issues. There are opportunities to work with POS (Point of Sale) systems, fuel systems, networking equipment and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES

• Work with the lab and project teams on setting up computer systems and peripherals
• Troubleshoot computer systems and resolving issues quickly to prevent project time delays
• Work tickets from a ticket queue, created by software testers, helping them to get their systems functional so they can complete their testing work.

“MUST HAVE” SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Solid understand of computers and computer systems and peripherals
• Experienced working with Microsoft Office suite, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, etc.
• Any previous history working as a computer technician or similar is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Service Now experience is a plus
• Jira experience is a plus
• Experience working with various android and iOS devices such as Samsung, iPhone, iPad, tablet.
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle SQL Developer, Mongo, PostGre SQL.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who can work closely with teams of Product Owners, Developers and Business Users, and also works well within a team environment.
• Any network equipment configuration is a plus (Juniper, Cisco, Aruba, etc.)
• Any scripting / automation background is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• EDUCATION: High School/GED
• YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 1+Years
• YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: N/A
• CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Certifications in computer related fields are a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $49.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• On call
• Weekend availability

• Irving, TX 75063: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
