Position Summary
As a faith-based, mission-driven organization, Holland Home is seeking a Development Specialist, as one of our valued team members makes the move to a well-earned retirement.
This key team member leads a variety of identification, cultivation, fundraising, and recognition efforts for Holland Home and Faith Hospice. Primary responsibility is developing and implementing strategies for securing major gifts for the organization.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field of study
- Seven or more years of successful fundraising experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire people
- Strong commitment to the mission of the organization
