Country Hills is looking for a dietary aide to join the team. We are a Skilled Nursing Facility located in El Cajon, CA. We are one of the largest Skilled Nursing facilities located in the San Diego area. We take pride in our work culture and 'family taking care of family' environment. The position available has a schedule that is 4 days on, 2 days off for both AM and PM shift. We are open from 4:30AM to 9:00pm. Please reach out if you are interested. Summary
The dietary aide assists in preparing, serving and delivering food to facility residents among a dietary team of 11-12 employees per shift under the supervision of the CDM, Dietary Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Learning the food service routine;
- Setting up meal trays;
- Assistance serving different meals;
- Prepare nourishments and snacks;
- Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen;
- Putting away groceries; and
- Cleaning work surfaces and refrigerators.
Paid training provided with hands on support available. We are seeking a positive attitude with a teamwork mindset to join our team.
