Dietary Manager Job at Advent Christian Village
- Oversee and manage food service in long-term care and assisted living setting
- Kitchen prepares food and serves up to 200 long- and short-term residents, visitors, & staff, 3 meals per day, 7 days per week
- Manage food preparation for facility special events
- Manage inventory and food safety practices
- Ensure staff training is timely
- Collaborate with facility administrators to ensure quality standards are met
- Prior experience in long-term care setting with deficiency-free AHCA survey history strongly preferred
- CDM preferred
