Compensation Range $50k-60k (based on experience)

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing team to implement and execute marketing strategies, evaluate and update existing marketing strategies/channels, maintain a marketing database, and offer support as a marketing helpdesk to marketing for apartment communities.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Product/Channel Implementation – Work with RAM’s 3rd party partnerships to implement, manage, maintain, and evaluate each marketing system. This will include website widgets, content and information gathering and assessment.
  • SEO/SEM implementation, review, and management. Analyze reports and implement new strategies with vendor partners for paid media campaigns, paid social media, and search engine optimization.
  • Online marketing evaluations – Perform online marketing evaluation of each apartment community’s digital marketing presence with a specific monthly volume of audits each month.
  • Assist in making updates to property websites and image editing.
  • Lead project implementations from other departments at RAM that require marketing components such as Primestone, Pet Screening, E-premium, and other ancillary services.
  • Creative Projects – Design graphics, elements for print and web marketing, and social media content.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads services, SEO, Google Analytics, Visual Design, Marketing Systems and CRM's
  • Multi family property management experience is preferred
  • 1+ years of work or internship experience in media or marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, or marketing preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with clients and vendors clearly, with accuracy
