Job Purpose:
The main objective of this role is to develop and lead each brand’s unique digital marketing strategy with a 360-degree perspective, contributing to the overarching marketing strategy per brand across Latin America. Through the creation and implementation of a short to mid-term strategy per brand (prioritizing brands and resources accordingly), this role will amplify and elevate our portfolio’s digital initiatives across multiple consumer engagement touchpoints.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the 360 digital marketing strategy per brand Establish a short to mid-term digital marketing roadmap per brand, aimed at elevating the consumer journey across multiple consumer touchpoints Support with the design of digital strategies that encompass special brand activations, paid media, special PR & ePR, special influencer activations, trade & permanent visibility, & CRM Drive digital marketing initiatives from creation to execution by collaborating with the Sr. E-Com Development Manager, brand marketing teams, commercial & distributor teams Ensure synergies across digital 360 and all other marketing initiatives, to contribute to a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan

Function as the digital marketing expert on digital brand initiatives & competitive actions Work with Shiseido Group’s digital resources, brand holders, retailers, and Shiseido LATAM stakeholders to explore, propose and implement digital tools across the digital space Ex. Live Streaming, Bambuser, Relatable, Channel Advisor, Swaven, etc. Ex. Social listening / influencer metric systems Become an expert in the LATAM digital marketing space – sharing insights on digital trends, emerging brands, creative local initiatives, etc. Keep a finger on the pulse of the competition, identifying strong digital initiatives across the region (that are both global and local executions) Identify gaps and areas of opportunity unique to LATAM, and propose ways to conquer these points

Formulate paid marketing campaigns with a majority focus on digital media Support the development of paid media campaigns that contribute to brand KPIs across awareness, consideration, and conversion (in partnership w/media agency) Partner with retailers and brand holders to evaluate investments on unique co-branding and co-investing opportunities Propose and integrate new tools, such as shoppable media, shoppable live streaming, etc. into digital media campaigns to drive purchases Assist with the selection and negotiation with best-in-class agencies and vendors to support the paid media plan Lead media initiatives for new channels of business, such as brand.coms, pure players, marketplaces etc.

Supervise the development of special digital projects for PR/ePR strategies per brand / per key launches Tailor global PR strategies to prepare and optimize local PR initiatives across the portfolio Act as each brand’s PR lead for special digital implementations, with both distributors and local agencies to establish appropriate KPIs, ensure adherence to local strategy, and enforce global brand guidelines Leverage specific influencer PR activations across the funnel to drive brand objectives, with special focus on driving traffic to retailer.com and driving purchases

Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent
2-4 years of relevant work experience; working experience in related industry is highly desirable
Strong marketing acumen and analytical skills
Good inter-personal skills and team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish
Effectively skilled in Microsoft Office
Available to travel for occasional brand events & seminars
