WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A DINING ROOM SERVER
We're looking for a dependable, respectful, and friendly Dining Room Server to join our family here. As a Dining Room Server you have the opportunity to build personal relationships with our residents and staff, making this a fun and enjoyable atmosphere to be in. In collaboration with with the Dining Services Director and Cooks, Dining Room Servers ensure our dining experience dazzles residents!

DUTIES OF A DINING ROOM SERVER
Some of the general duties of the Dining Room Server position include:

• Uphold a high level of customer service
• Assist with light meal preparation
• Lead during meal service alongside other servers
• Clean the Dining Room and Kitchen after each meal

SHIFTS AVAILABLE FOR SERVERS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in a restaurant or long-term care environment preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk/stand 90% or more of shifts, and respond to all resident and emergency needs quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
