JOB SUMMARY
This position requires that you accept the responsibility for the prompt, polite, and professional delivery of food services to each resident in your assigned Resident Group. You will need to monitor the activities and behavior for all residents in your Resident Group so that each resident receives the services that they desire in a continuous, predictable, and efficient manner. You must coordinate and communicate with all food services and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of care and service for each resident.

Provide the highest quality and consistency of service to all residents in all dining rooms and resident apartments, according to company standards as set forth in the attached food servers?
