As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in helping us provide compassionate care to our clients in our Respite Care Home Facility. What is Respite?

Respite is an entry-level position providing 1:1 quality care. Similar to babysitting, you will spend time with your client and engage in their favorite activities. Being a respite provider is a great way to gain experience in the behavioral health field.

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma
• A valid driver’s license and 6 months of previous driving experience
• Access to vehicle with valid NC minimum auto insurance, registration, and inspection
• Ability to communicate, read, write, and interpret English

• Experience or familiarity with housekeeping, training staff, and being on-call.

• Background checks will be performed on all applicants.
• All trainings will be provided by A Caring Heart.
