In this role, you will provide one to one direct support to a middle-aged man who loves taking walks, listening/dancing to music, doing artwork, putting together puzzles with you, going on van rides and community outings (parks, malls, etc.). He loves the freedom of walking around, but will hold your arm the whole time. He is mostly independent with his personal cares, but needs some assistance brushing teeth and getting dressed.

This position includes a sign-on bonus of $1500! $500 paid at 6 months and $1000 paid at 12 months of employment.

Pay Rate: $15.00-15.75/hour

Job Type: Full Time or Part Time (You Pick!)

Shifts available:
Daily 10:00am-6:00pm or 12:00pm-8:00pm

Minimum Requirements:

• Hold a valid MN driver’s license and qualify to drive for the company.
• One year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Pass a MN Department of Human Services background study.
• Effectively communicate in the English language, speaking, writing and reading.
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 60 lbs.
