The Direct Support Professional Pay rate is: $13.25 + additional .10 cents an hour for each year of verifiable work experience in the field of developmental disabilities. Though the ad reads a range of up to 14.25, this can actually go higher if you have more than 10 years of experience. There is no cap on the number of verifiable experience in the field of developmental disabilities that you would be compensated for.

Note: There is a different sleep pay rate for sleep hours which are midnight - 6 a.m. sleep shift. (Sleep shift is paid at 11.05/hr; Employees sleep during this part of the shift)

Eligible candidates will be at least 18 yrs old and have a high school diploma/GED, We are a drug free work place.. There are aspects of driving our company vehicles while working with our individuals (at this time for essential travel only for COVID safety) therefore DSPs will have an Ohio Driver's License with less than 6 points and no more than 2 moving violations. Post offer pre employment screening will include completing a driving record check and criminal background check.
