- Hourly Rate: $14.50/hr with wage increases available after 90 days of employment!
- Offering a weekend shift differential - shifts worked on weekends will receive an additional $2 per hour!
- Openings throughout Milwaukee, West Allis, and Waukesha
- Available shifts: Days, Evenings, Overnights, Full-Time and Part-Time - many flexible schedules!!

DSP/ Caregiver – To be successful in this role as a Direct Support Professional you’ll need to be mindful of resident’s disabilities in an empathetic manner and encourage them to live independent and productive lives. You will assist with personal care needs, medication administration, perform housekeeping duties, advance residents’ decision-making, productivity, promote participation in a range of activities and meaningful interactions between residents and the community.
Weekend differential – we pay an additional $2 per hour for all shifts worked on the weekend. Our weekend shifts pay $16.50/hour!
Our DSPs are much more than just caregivers! Ultimately, you will serve as an advocate for the entire community with disabilities.
