Here at Bay CSS, we know the importance of family and acknowledge that your family comes first. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN positions for DSPs across our regions with various shifts available.
Full-Time (37.5- 40 Hours/Week), Part-Time Hours (<20 - 30 Hours/Week), Part-Time Benefit Eligible (30-37.5 Hours/Week), On-Call/PRN Available (Flexible Hours!) Pay Rate M-F $18/hr Sat & Sun $19/hr
We are also offering great new benefits like employer-paid short-term disability (STD), and $50k basic life and AD&D to all Full-Time, eligible employees.
Have no experience as a Direct Support Professional? We got you covered!! Get your foot in the door with FREE paid training in the medical field including CPR/First Aid, Certified Med Technician, MANDT Training, and more! MUST have a valid Driver's License.
