Job Summary Candidate will be supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in reaching their goals, being involved in their community, and being as independent as possible. This support and training will enhance the individual's skills and help him/her achieve goals. Supports may include assisting with household tasks, personal hygiene tasks. preparing meals, shopping for groceries, going to activities like to the movies, concerts, or special events, and supporting individuals to have a good life.
A valid Nebraska driver's license is required for some positions. Prior experience is not required. We offer competitive wages and continuous training. Full-time positions include benefit package including health care insurance (premium paid by agency), paid leave, dental insurance and 401k. The agency also offers a YMCA pass to staff who are interested upon hiring.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
