You will be a member of the senior leadership team for Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions and Services Business, which is part of Honeywell’s Safety and Productivity (SPS) Business Group. You will report directly to the SPS Global Head of PMO.


You will transform and lead the PMO organization through New Product Introductions (NPI), including all phases of development and launch. You will be a key contributor in the cross-functional creation of Strategic and Annual Operating Plans that tie to investments in technologies, platforms, and products through Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution and launch of all New Product Introductions, New Product Enhancements and Break through initiatives, for the PSS business
  • Key contributor in all AOP, ZBB, and STRAP Decisions
  • Lead and develop the Global PMO function
  • Manage and drive the Management Operating System (MOS), analytics, and KPI reporting for continuous improvement of the organization
  • Develop daily management and reports for key KPIs such as Say/Do Revenue, launch compliance, Estimate at Complete, Milestone Fidelity and billability
  • Own and define the Program Management processes, practices, tools, and capability plan
  • Champion the new product introduction (NPI) w/ Z21 and Agile process adherence within the business
  • Drive the Product Approval Committee (PAC) MOS and effectiveness
  • Track and report all key NPI programs against approved schedules and stage gates, working cross-functionally

MUST HAVES

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, technical leadership, or portfolio management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a people leader of global teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, including international
