JOB SUMMARY

Director of IT provides Leadership over Implementation of various technology programs across all EDP locations nationally. Brings leadership to the planning and delivery of IT initiatives, advocating for business stakeholders and championing IT programs. They advocate technology synergies and compliance with standards, ensuring EDP sustainably as it scales its IT capabilities. Works closely with the COO of the company to build and mature Technology Functions.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides technical leadership and influence across the Company necessary to execute on new innovative technology programs.
  • Demonstrate proven experience to foster and manage successful relationships with senior executive stakeholders, aligning expectations and achieving successful program outcomes. This position will work closely with the senior executives.
  • Manage and oversee vendor partners who manage outsourced IT support functions including networking, hardware deployment and maintenance, cyber security, and other IT functions.
  • Works as the primary System Administrator for corporate systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Teams, Outlook, and data management.
  • Oversees and leads the change management process.
  • Actively engage in day-to-day tactical business discussions and bring IT best practices and thought leadership to support business needs.
  • Collaborating with HR and Operations functions and Implementing SSO company-wide and integrating with Payroll and other Technology solutions.
  • Partner with BI team to formulate Analytics, ensuring Data Integration from Operations, EHR, and Marketing Vendors for ad-hoc cross-functional reporting.
  • Partners closely with Finance. Ensures stakeholders are aware of budgetary compliance and/or noncompliance.
  • Leads, manages, mentors, coaches, and evaluates direct reports; develops employees through orientation, training establishing objectives, constructive discipline, including but not limited to performing regular one-on-one performance management meetings and conducting performance evaluations. Builds employee morale, motivation, and loyalty, aligned with overall Organization goals.
  • Build trust-based partnerships with the entire team to align direction across EDP.
  • Actively follow IT trends. Research emerging technologies which may introduce innovative capabilities to EDP, evaluate for fit and use case opportunities

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree with a 5-8 years of experience in a technical role required
  • 2+ years in a leadership role required
  • Leader with strong technology experience
  • 3+ years Microsoft Office 365 administration
  • 3+ years networking experience including, WAN, LAN, SDWAN, IPLC
  • Experience with cloud solutions and hybrid deployments on Microsoft Azure
  • Understanding of Windows Server, Enterprise Infrastructure and Active Directory
  • Experience leading cross functional teams on larger and more complex projects, with proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Experience with Cloud Strategy, Networking, Security, various enterprise applications and IT services, as well as compliance and IT operations disciplines.

  • Compliance knowledge: strong understanding of software development life cycle in a regulated environment (HIPAA, and data privacy) with responsibility to ensure systems are compliant
  • Credibility and Presence: the ability to capture the confidence of the organization in presenting new ideas or solutions
  • Collaboration / Communication / Teamwork: establish and maintain successful interactions within the organization. Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization with a high level of confidence and resilience
  • Leadership: ability to take independent action, working with a high-level problem or concept, developing the right next steps to propose resolution and ensuring successful outcome

  • Ability to credibly engage with senior leaders across the organization and earn trust across different level and multiple groups
