Director - Learning & Development Job at THE BREAKERS PALM BEACH
Looking for an experienced Training Director with extensive hospitality background to lead the creation, development, presentation, and management of training for 1,600 Team Members. This role oversees training for operating divisions: Clubs, Event Services, Food & Beverage, Security, and Rooms. The scope of responsibility includes the facilitation of all classes and presentations to groups ranging from 5 – 500 Team Members.
The Director will coordinate with training managers and departmental trainers to create and deliver exceptional experiences including division orientation, shift briefings, on the job training, written materials, presentations, and professional development of programs and classes.
Forbes training preferred.
