Director of Alliance Engagement Job at Americas Promise The Alliance For Youth
Position Overview
The Director of Alliance Engagement (DAE)is responsible for leading major alliance engagement efforts in coordination with the America’s Promise Alliance team and ensuring our Alliance community provides deep value to our member organizations. The Director of Alliance Engagement supports a cohort of ~30 member organizations and each member organization enrolls up to 5 senior leaders in our community. The DAE provides direct support to these leaders and organizations. This support includes onboarding organizations to the community, understanding the unique needs of each organization and leader, connecting organizations to Alliance programming, providing additional support outside of our formal programming, contributing to Alliance program design and implementation, and supporting the continuous improvement of our community through annual evaluation, reflection, and iteration. This position is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership teams of some of the most inspiring non-profits in the country, while building a community that centers the collective wisdom and power that exists among so many great organizations and leaders.

Responsibilities for this role include member onboarding, member engagement, design contribution, promotion and implementation of Alliance programming, and contributions to our continuous improvement over time.

Location, Compensation, & Benefits
- APA is searching for the best talent regardless of location, as such please note that APA’s team is largely remote and location is flexible within the United States.
- Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience with a range of $80,000-$95,000.
