The Director of Client Services will be responsible for maintaining and improving long-term client relations with all assigned accounts while managing and growing the associated contracted sales for National HME. This opportunity requires the art of persuasion, exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to act with a sense of urgency. Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed a long with the ability to identify growth opportunities.

This position is a great opportunity for a dynamic, energetic self-starter who likes a fast paced environment. Superior persuasion and interpersonal/customer service skills will bring you success in this position. You will be able to use your creativity and compassion to meet the company’s growing and changing customer needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 2+ years of previous experience in account management, client management, or related role.
  • Experience with project management and providing client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience with negotiating and managing complex contracts.
  • Demonstrated and proven track record of account management and sales growth results.
  • Proficient computer skills, CRM experience, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills; ability to call, connect, and interact with C-suite customers.
  • Excellent listening skills.
