Director of Clinical Services:

As our Director of Clinical Services, you will tap into your creative problem-solving and quick decision-making skills to drive performance with our clinical staff. You will lead initiatives and enforce consistent accountability through the oversight of all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical personnel. Always up for a challenge, you will establish, implement, and evaluate clinical goals and objectives to promote Lumicare Hospice’s exceptional quality standards. As Director of Clinical Services, you will play an integral role in driving accountability, clinical excellence, and the culture of our clinical staff. You will lean on your competitive nature to lead and develop a high-performing clinical team who supports Lumicare Hospice’s patients and families in their hospice journey.

What you’ll do as the Director of Clinical Services:

• Ensure all clinical staff is aligned on the execution of standards and operations
• Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical personnel
• Ensure clinical compliance with accurate charting within the department
• Oversee the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports, and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of clinical personnel and maintain compliance to the CHAP Home Care standards
• Plan and implement in-service and continuing education programs to meet education and training needs of clinical personnel
