Job Description Summary
The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

COVID-19 considerations:
Clinicians are provided appropriate PPE to wear during visits. CDC guidelines are followed with all patients. Any additional requirements in place in facilities or homes are also followed as appropriate.

- Denton, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Supervising experience: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- RN License (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Required)
