Healogics is hiring for a Director of Operations - Implementations in multiple locations. We are looking for team members based in three regions of the United States. Travel is required.
Desired locations: Southeast, Northeast, and Mid-west.
Job Context and Summary:
Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.
The Director, Operations – Implementation is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of operations setup of new Wound Care Centers and new Program Directors through expert planning, direction, and effective and efficient execution of key tasks for new center openings. This person will be responsible for robust coaching and development of the teams within the Wound Care Centers in furtherance of providing optimum patient care and delivering state of the art service to patients and customers alike.
This role will serve as a subject matter expert for the competencies and processes necessary for success in these roles and will work collaboratively with the Healogics home office departments as necessary in process improvement or learning development.

Salary for this position generally ranges between $87,700-$117,200. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications: education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Partner with Healogics stakeholders to host kick-off meetings with customers to obtain initial setup information and set expectations for successful & efficient implementations.
- Collaborate with Healogics teams project managers to develop a plan for the center implementation as well as the revenue cycle teams to setup billing and the EMR.
- Develop community referral development plan, which includes educating the hospital marketing team on resources available, meeting with local provider groups, setting up the Healogics CRM, and developing routing plans.
- Conduct screening interviews for top talent and oversee robust and successful onboarding for program directors, clinical nurse managers, patient navigators and other center positions.
- Build and foster strong relationships within the hospital system to ensure maximum integration as all levels and provide the highest possible quality of service.
- Develop provider coverage model by working with medical director to recruit providers, develop provider schedule for the center, and facilitate onboarding and training of new providers.
- Setup hospital transitional care model by meeting with other hospital departments and investigating options for technology integration with hospital EMR.
- Develop new Program Directors for existing wound care centers in partnership with operations leadership and learning and development teams.
- Provides input into the development of learning processes within the organization and to maintain the consistency and quality of training programs.

- Supports Healogics’ Culture and leads through a performance driven nature, beginning with setting clear expectations, coaching and teaching teammates and measuring for results.
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- Min of Seven (7) years’ experience in Healthcare Center Operations required; Healogics wound care experience preferred.
