• 
  Select and develop placement of products to drive sales in a retail setting
• 
  Work with culinary team to enhance and ongoing development of 3-week menu cycle
• 
  Manage the financials of the account through effective food, labor and supply controls
• 
  Ability to multi-task in a healthcare setting focusing on all aspects of the business
• 
  Listen and effectively respond to the needs of the client
• 
  Identify opportunities to nurture and grow sales
• 
  Encourage good customer relations through product promotion and response to feedback
• 
  Collaborate with culinary leadership
• 
  Provide outstanding customer service support
• 
  Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the various product placement and product output
• 
  Ensure that all equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times
• 
  Maintain a safe work environment
• 
  Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
• 
  Supervise, coach and direct team members professionally
• 
  Follow directions and implement instructions from the Resident District Manager

• Passion for people and to maximize sales
• 
  Minimum of 5 years of retail or culinary management experience position is required
• 
  Culinary experience is preferred
• 
  Experience in healthcare facilities or a high volume food service environment preferred
• 
  A results-oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter who energizes people around him/her and works well with little supervision
• 
  Ability to build relationships by actively listening and responding to the client’s needs
• 
  Ability to successfully motivate their team and maintain team member involvement while driving change
• 
  Adaptable to changing business conditions

  Ability to pursue and complete directives with limited supervision
