We are currently looking for a highly motivated, determined, well-spoken and experienced Director of Revenue Management.
Responsibilities
  • Leadership and oversight of revenue management efforts for 50+ hotels
  • Manage a team of revenue managers/ assistants
  • Management of internal reservations call center
  • Leadership and responsibility to achieve and maximize company revenue goals
  • Ability to lead teams to achieve sound inventory management and pricing strategies
  • Ability to ensure revenue management teams, regional teams and hotel teams working effectively together
  • Constant analyzation to review revenue management strategies at all hotels
  • Strong understanding of utilizing all available distribution channels and building of market manager relationships
  • Understanding all brand standards and ensuring they are followed
  • Create action plans as necessary to create path to adjust to changing market conditions
  • Excellent analyzer of Star Reports and market share comparisons
  • Strong problem solver
  • Ability to create a variety of reports used to analyze results
Qualifications
  • Multi year team leadership experience in revenue management or other key hotel leadership positions
  • Multiple property experience in revenue management
  • Strong knowledge of brand reservations and revenue management systems, ideally including Hilton/Marriott/IHG system knowledge
  • Leadership skills to lead a revenue management team and a reservations call center team
  • Ability to effectively multi task on a regular basis
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Skilled in Microsoft office software. Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Availability for occasional travel (Must be within driving distance of the GHC Corporate Offices)
