This is a remote position, we are looking for candidates who are near the Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Auburn and Menands locations who can come into a Zones office as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Global Staff Augmentation program
  • Oversee the process of identifying and ordering of contingent labor, sourcing of candidates, and scheduling the process with Clients to grow this business
  • Responsible for the staff augmentation category of services, including policy development, process design, and underlying VMS implementation to automate program processes.
  • Organization will serve as the primary POC, liaison and escalation point for staff augmentation inquiries from HR, Hiring Managers, Clients and contingent workforce vendors.
  • Responsible to communicate and internally sell this service inclusive of recurring Operations Reviews with business partners/stakeholders and bi-annual QBRs
  • Monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of the staff augmentation workforce program and uses data to highlight issues and recommend solutions.
  • Build accountability for a targeted EBITDA around this business and manage effective P&L
  • Oversee the monitoring and enforcement of staff augmentation workforce vendors' adherence with operational policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Build and Maintain partner relationships that position us for continued growth.
  • Manage the specific processes for contract standards, supplier management, rate card design, sourcing of talent, independent contractor vetting, oversight of time and expense submissions, and payment of suppliers.
  • Oversee the construction of a Global Strategy that positions Zones as strategic sourcing partner in the Market. (category research, RFI and RFP preparation, and bid analysis) for designated categories of services.
  • Develop a culture around global market complexities, and budget considerations. Partner with business leaders and advise on how to best source and deploy staff augmentation resources, creating staff augmentation recruitment strategies and sustainable processes.
  • At request, analyze historical spend and extract potential sourcing opportunities for the business
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve corporate efficiency
  • Provide guidance and administer company policies and procedures accurately and consistently. Manage the various compliance requirements throughout the organization (i.e., HIPAA, PCI, etc).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or compatible work experience
  • 15+ years of experience in IT Staffing Services leadership
  • Experience with Selling, Managing and leading operational people in the delivery of this service.
  • 15+ years of experience managing Partner relationships
  • Very strong Entrepreneurial attributes and able to lead without specific direction
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent project management and with the ability to work under pressure
  • Good organization, time management and prioritization
  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain partnerships at various staff and management levels and across various functions
  • Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations for executives

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $160,000 - $190,000, this role is eligible for bonus compensation.
  • Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Washington and New York area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
