Position Overview
The Director of Talent & Culture (DT&C) plays a key role in all aspects of talent acquisition, performance management, professional development, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about bringing great talent to APA, supporting this talent in their ongoing development, and will be a systems and process builder that is comfortable in high growth and high change environments. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent & Culture (SDT&C), this position is an exciting opportunity to ground equity, inclusion and belonging in APA’s people practices and support a fast-growing and talented team that is leading a community of the most inspiring youth-supporting organizations in the country.

Location, Compensation, & Benefits
- APA’s team is searching for the best talent regardless of location, as such please note that APA’s team is largely remote and location is flexible within the United States.
- Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience with a range of $80,000-95,000.
