As a Director of Training + Quality, you will be responsible for creating, facilitating, and tracking team member training ranging from compliance to service excellence and leadership development of both hourly and salaried team members. The Director of Training + Quality is called upon to assist in creating bench strength in our pursuit of delivering outstanding legendary customer service always!

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training needs and opportunities
  • Implement and create coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning
  • Create, plan, communicate, and execute training programs based on business goals
  • Track and coordinate trainings and re-trainings to include compliance needs for brand and local certifications
  • Oversee and evaluate the results of learning activities, curriculum, and resources
  • Craft career plans and develop career pathing across the organization
  • Assist with Brand Standards Audits and brand training assignments and tracking
  • Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team, and individuals
  • Work closely with departments and department leaders to communicate, schedule and execute training
  • Develop and maintain relationships with any necessary third-party training vendors
  • Manage quarterly and annual training budgets
  • May be required to assist with any other duties as assigned

MUST HAVES:

  • Passion for creating amazing experience for our clients and guests
  • Strong knowledge of learning styles
  • Creative thinking and strategic skills
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities; passion for collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a trainer
  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
