Our Director, Workplace Inclusion will manage Rollins’ global Workplace Inclusion strategy to ensure it is integrated into the fabric of the culture, value, and strategic business plan. The Director will work closely with the Executive Sponsor, Head of Human Resources, the Workplace Inclusion Task Force teams, and the Inclusion Advisory Council. In this highly collaborative role, understanding the goals and objectives of the business and the intersection of functional touch points will be critical in delivering value. The Director of Workplace Inclusion will work to ensure our inclusion strategy is embedded in all aspects of the business and throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

You Will . . .

  • Design and manage the implementation of programs and initiatives that further Rollin’s workplace inclusion strategy and contribute to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Monitor the Strategic Plan to ensure goals are met in a timely fashion. Report on overall progress to ensure that learning and results are utilized to improve workplace inclusion programs and processes
  • Manage the day-to-day of the Inclusion Advisory Council; Lead and schedule meetings and determine objectives for Advisory Council meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between the Executive Sponsor, the Champions, co-promoters, subject matter experts, internal communications, the Executive Office, and other key stakeholders
  • Partner with the key stakeholders to design and implement change initiatives that foster and enable a culture of inclusion that drives employee engagement
  • Embed inclusion into all talent management and business processes; evaluate all human resource policies and practices to ensure they are equitable and inclusive of all employees
  • Mange diversity analytics, including benchmarking, tracking metrics, analyzing, and generating diversity reporting for various audience to highlight trends and demonstrate impact of workplace inclusion programs and initiatives
  • Work with the internal communications to create a comprehensive plan that will include regular communication with leaders and employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Update and maintain the workplace inclusion website; partner with other internal resources to update other Rollins websites with inclusion-related content
  • Forecast financial needs and manage the workplace inclusion budget, in conjunction with the head of human resources
  • Serve as an external voice and trusted advisor and leader for matters involving workplace inclusion
  • Connect to best practices and networks on emerging workplace inclusion initiatives
  • Oversee the Employee Resource Groups which encompasses building the program framework, developing guidelines, identifying Executive Sponsors, equipping, and training ERG leaders, regular cadence of meetings with ERG leaders, managing the SharePoint sites, etc.

Work Environment: Opportunity for some hybrid working arrangements once onboarded. This role will be based at our 2170 Piedmont Road campus on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Qualifications:

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • 5+ years of experience with Diversity and Inclusion, Change Management, Talent Management or other related experience leading organizational-wide programs
  • Demonstrated experience leading Diversity & Inclusion programs and practices in a mid-size to large organization with a population that includes hourly and salaried employees, corporate as well as dispersed employees
  • Ability to create and execute effective strategies and transformations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams, develop presentations and trainings for small to large audiences, and facilitate team discussions
  • A deep understanding and expertise of diversity, equity, and inclusion and knowledge of global trends
  • Demonstrated proficiency to engage, influence and work with executive level leaders
  • A willingness to learn and be highly adaptable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional judgment and empathy when working with team members
  • Expertise in using metrics to inform, influence and communicate a vision to a wide range of audiences
  • Attention to detail and quality, while working with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to partner with third parties to advance workplace inclusion objectives
